My kids loves these
There are simple and tasty that all kids love, I serve mine with honey and sweet chilli sauce

  • Step 1

    Place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Lat sit for 5 minutes.. Drain. Run under cold water. Using scissors, cut noodles into 5cm lengths.

  • Step 2

    Step 2
    Add mince, garlic, onion, carrot, mushroom, sauce and breadcrumbs to noodles. Stir to bring it all together. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on a plate.

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook balls in batches, turning, for 6 to 7 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.

Hey, with mince, you mean beef, right? (sorry, couldn't really translate that), and if it is beef, how much do you use for this recipe? thanks! it really looks delicious

My apologises, I actually forgot to add it to the ingredients, thanks for pointing it out. It's chicken not beef, 350g minced chicken
