  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Add one 6mm silver bead and one 8mm sky blue bead to a headpin. Cut the headpin leaving a generous centimetre. Bend the top of the pin into a loop with the round nosed part of your pliers. Repeat with 3 more headpins. Cut 40cm of beading wire. Thread a crimp onto the wire to about 9cm along. Squeeze it shut with the flat crimping part of your pliers. Add one 4mm silver bead, one 6mm sky blue bead and one more 4mm silver bead. Pick up another crimp and squeeze it shut directly next to the last bead added.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Leave about 2cm and add your next crimp. Follow this with one 4mm silver bead, one 6mm sky blue bead, one of the made up headpins, one more 6mm sky blue bead and one more 4mm silver bead. Finish with one more crimp. Add 3 more sets like this with out 2cm between each section. Leave another 2cm and add more beads like the first set you added (one crimp, one 4mm silver bead, one 6mm sky blue bead, one 4mm silver bead and one more crimp).

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

On one end of the beading wire pick up one crimp and one jump ring. Bend the end of the beading wire back through the crimp and squeeze shut. Repeat on the opposite end adding a trigger clasp to the jump ring before you close it

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

On one headpin add one 6mm silver bead, one 8mm sky blue bead and one more 6mm silver bead. Leave about 2cm of stem and curl the headpin over at the top leaving a slight gap. Hook onto the loop of one of the long ball wires and close to secure. On another headpin add one 4mm silver bead, one 6mm sky blue bead and one more 4mm silver bead. Leave about 1.5cm of stem. Curl as before and hook onto the same long ball wire. Repeat all of this to make the second earring.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

This is how your finished set should look
