Paint nails with a light creme polish and let dry completely. Pour some rubbing alcohol in a small dish. Working one finger at a time, dip nail into alcohol for about 5 seconds. Remove from alcohol, and place strip of newspaper on nail. Press gently for 15 seconds. Be sure to not wiggle the paper around, or your print will be smudged. Slowly remove newspaper from nail. Clean up excess print on finger with a cotton swab dipped in nail polish remover. Seal nail with your favorite top coat.
