vintage-esque heart card perfect for any occasion
I made this as a get well card for my mom's friend. The construction for the heat was simple. i just cut out a heart shape from card stock, then ripped out pieces of newspaper and decoupaged them on the card with modpodge. Third, i printed out a word/ phrase such as: (get well soon, love, mom, etc)Then i poked a hole in the bottom with a need and threaded wire through. Next i added beads/sequins to the wire and closed it off. For this card i glued it on to a large white card and added embellishment. but you can just keep the heart free and use it as valentine or a decoration. I made a couple of these and gave them away as valentines as well.
