Use water and create wonderful nails :)
Alright, now THIS is the easiest way to make your nails look FABULOUS that too quite EASILY :) Anyone can do it :) and you don't need Alcohol or Vodka for this. Really :) All you need is a bit of water. This inexpensive method can make your nails look TERRIFIC :)
You gotta proceed in a similar manner as done with alcohol or vodka but instead of that you soak the strip of newspaper in WATER!!!!! :) and then, ta-da :) NEWSPAPER NAIL ART :)

Step 1Paint your nails white. That would be your base color. Apply two coats if required.

Let the paint dry. Soak a newspaper strip in a bowl of water. Let it stay still for about 30 seconds.

Take it out and place it on your nail and press it for about a minute. Take it off and TA-DA :)

Step 4
Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the rest of your nails.

Step 5
Let it dry and then apply a layer of top coat nail polish. Be careful while putting the first layer, dont do it briskly, it might smudge the nail art. Apply another coat for extra shine and protection :)
