Step 1
Cast on 50 stitches. Work in St st (knit 1 row, purl 1 row) for 3".

Work decreasing rows as follows:
Row 1: Knit 6, knit 2 together repeat across.
Row 2: PurlRow 3: *K5, k2tog* repeat across.
Row 4: PRow 5: *K4, k2tog* repeat across.
Row 6: PRow 7: *K3, k2tog* repeat across.
Row 8: PRow 9: *K2, k2tog* repeat across.
Row 10: PRow 11: *K1, k2tog* repeat across
Row 12: PRow 13: *K2tog* repeat across.

Step 3
Cut yarn about 24", thread through remaining stitches on needle. Pull tog tightly and secure. Turn inside out and crochet back seam with your 24" tail.
