Springy Outfit
I used Simplicity 4336 for the capris and Butterick 4910 for the peasant top. Both patterns are actually for jammies but I figured I could switch it up, add some trim, and turn it into a cute springy-summery outfit for her. She loves ladybugs and I'm trying to use up this ladybug fabric that my Mom gave me (5 yds of this stuff, not a clue why my Mom needed 5 yds of ladybug fabric). I was going to add ladybug fabric or more ric rac to the capris but she has a few other tops that would match them so I just left them go. If I can find more plain red fabric (that is not broadcloth) I will make her another pair for the top.
