U.S. Navy- Anytime, baby!
I'll be a Navy wife in a year, so I figured I'd better prepare my wardrobe! I used white fabric paint and free-handed the lettering/anchor/etc. and then used 2 parts water to one part bleach to splatter the rest! Love how the bleach turned red!
