Step 1
i got a chop stick and trimmed it with a pencil sharpener do my desired size, then i sanded it smooth. hand painted an arrow with a little feather on it with those cheap crayola watercolors, i used a really small paint brush. waited for it to dry and i added clear coat to protect the image. then i added wire at the tip and a feather charm with a clasp so i can take it off if i wish. its simple to make but painted in that little area was a little annoying.
