While working at a camp teaching Arts & Crafts I made this for one of the adult helpers I had one week from paint stirring sticks, popcicle sticks, wooden ice cream spoon, and a few wooden shapes. I constructed the napkin holder, then painted it and the stars seperately before attaching the stars and sealing everything with an acrylic sealer. It was a big hit and an appreciated thank you gift.
