I took premade buttons that you can get at any craft store or restaurant and painted them with craft paint. After they dried, I hot glued stickers (scrapbook stickers or plain stickers or even knick knacks) to them. Then added puff paint, glitter, or rhinestones. They definitely spice up my work uniform!
