Its really easy to make and a great way to use up all the nail polish you never wear!

Please remember to let it set overnight and for me, I actually didn't follow instructions. I let my nail polish set for a bit and when a semi soft layer was formed, I placed my charms on. Apparently it sinks when you place your charms on the runny wet nail polish and stains them abit. :)
