I wanted a rack that looked like the ones in nail salons, but the ones I found online where to expensive. This rack is amde with styrofoam, shelf liner, and hot glue. Really easy. I cut a block of styrofoam into 3 strips and glued them together like stairs. Then I covered it with black shelf liner so the nail polish doesn't slip off.
