Step 1Apply an iridescent white base color. Tokyo Pearl by Sinful Colors is a pearlescent white, which works best for the gemstone look of this nail.

Step 2Apply a thick coat of Tokyo Pearl, then dot a mix of white glitter polishes, blue polish, and gold polish.

Step 3Smoosh the polish with the plastic bag.

Step 4Carefully lift the plastic. You may need to blot the plastic again to get the desired effect.

Step 5Add a gold ring to the base of each nail and add a pearl to the center.

Seal everything on with top coat.

So clever to do the marble like that, I can never work out how to do the cup thing. Will defo be using this technique in future!

Thanks! It is super easy. You can't get the same look as water marbling, but I like this smudged look too.
