Go to http://www.sp-studio.de/
and make your own southpark-doll. Don't decorate it to difficult, you also have to make it in real.
If you're finished, save the picture, print it(size you like) and cut it out.
Then you need some colours in felt. I used these

Now put your southpark-mascotte on the light box. Copy all the different shapes of the puppet on your matching colours of felt(I used a fabric pen).
The fabric I used for the skin was a little to white, so I coloured the fabric with some drawing chalk to make it look a little more brown.
I your finished with copying, you cut all the pieces out. With a fineliner(black) you make the eyes(little dots), the mouth(a stripe) and maybe the eyelashes.
Here's my boring schoolbag, ready to be transformed. Glue all the pieces together with a glue gun(as far as possible). Then glue the whole piece(or two, the head and the body)together on your bag.
To finish it, I made a pink star out of the same felt on the zip.
If you want to, you can decorate it with some other accesoires like beads(I didn't, 'cause they would fall of, before I even got to school).
