very yummy soup for cold days

It doesn't look very appetizing but trust me, you'll thank me for this recipe!!

  1. Step 1

    cook the sausage in a stock pot, add celery and onion. make sure to drain it when its done or you'll have to stand over it while the soup is cooking and scoop the grease off the top (like i did, lol).

  2. Step 2

    Cut up the potatoes and add it to the sausage.


  3. Step 3

    Pour in enough milk to cover all of the ingredients, and cook for a couple of hours on low heat.

  4. Step 4

    About 5 mins before serving tear the kale into bite sized pieces and put in the soup, give it a good stir to cover it with the hot broth. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
