I asked for a rainbow/pride cake for my birthday this year and Eric came through. It's so awesome how a little food coloring can make a cake super! 6 layers of the rainbow! He cooked each layer individually and then placed them on top of each other in the rainbow pattern before icing it a plain white so not to take away from the awesomeness from the inside when cut. I don't think I'll ever forget this one! :)
