My First Ugly Monster: Yorick

Fabric Monster
This is Yorick, my first Ugly Monster. I created him by, first, drawing on paper how I wanted him to look, then cutting out the parts (i.e., the head, arms and legs) and tracing them on fabric. I cut the patterns and sewed everything together. As you can see, I'm not much of a seamstress, but it worked out fine, anyway. After all, I was making a monster, and monsters are not so preoccupied with perfection! Don't be fooled, though; Yorick is facetious and kindhearted. Loving him comes so easy!
