• Step 1

  The first step is to take a black dress and to the underskirt stitch another peice of black fabric *note-If you plan on re-using this dress, only use a tack stich*

• Step 2

  Next, grab about 12 pieces of white felt ans 1 red and draw the outline of a gun shape onto them then cut out

• Step 3

  Next either sew or stick all the guns to the black material you stitched on the dress. Space them out evenly.

• Step 4

  the last thing did was to shove a piece of red net in the front of my dress to replicate the netting on the front of the Helena dress. The bag for candy was really simple as stuck a vinyl record on a candy bag and painted the same circle of guns on.

• Step 5

  The make up is also really simple as you put 2 strips of masking tape on your face and fill them n with eye-liner or black eye make-up and then peel back the tape. My little black parade marcher is not included...

wow...that's so cool, just the idea of taking an image from a music video (one i think i've only seen a couple times) but then actually creating it! great job!!

Yeah i did copy the make up off Gerard's tutorial ;-)Its should work really cool on a t shirt too...This was my hair about a year ago, now its red and really long but thanks for the comments xD
