Step 1Scrub the potatoes and cut thin slices along the top of each. Place in a baking tray lined with tinfoil.

Step 2Press or mince your garlic.

Step 3Mix together the garlic, butter, mustard and dill.

Step 4Spread the potatoes with the butter.

Step 5Roast for an hour and a half at 200'c, basting halfway through cooking and serve with sour cream.
