1
Apply pale foundation all over face and chest, including lips; pretty much any part of your body that's going to be seen (if you are doing this for a costume).
2
With a dark brown eyeshadow start shading underneath your cheekbones, your temple area, the sides of your nose, as well as a bit above your nostrils, under your jaw bone, above your chin, and very lightly under your eyes. You can also shade your neck and chest area, if this is a costume look.
3
With a medium purple draw a "triangle" from your eyelid to your brow bone, be sure to apply shadow underneath eye as well (under the waterline, not your whole under eye area).
I really hope this make sense to you!
I know it looks like i just did the lid and the crease, but trust me, it's the whole eyelid.
4
Now, go over your eyelid including bottom line with a darker shade of purple.
5
Go over both lash lines with a dark brown.
6
Thinly line your eye with a black liner, and fill in your eyebrows with a dark brown eyeshadow.
7
Next, curl lashes and coat with your favorite mascara.

If you have a very pale/nude lipstick, I would use it, if not, your can use a bit of concealer and go over it with a gloss that isn't too shiny.
Then, thinly line the outside of your lips, the very inside part, and the little lines in the middle area with a dark purple lipstick or lip liner.
I recommend using a lip brush and lipstick, you have more control that way.
I used Wet n' Wild Mega Last Lip color in 916D Ravin' Raisin.
