I bought one of these for like 50p. I exploded after like a week... So its like 4 years later and I decided to make one ^__^

First fill your balloon with potato flour. It might have made scence if I used a funnel but we have a new kitchen and I can't find anything... enough of my life story.

When the bottom circle but (you know what I mean) Is full then tie a knot...

Cut the wool in stips as long as you want depending on how long you want the hair to be.

Tie every strand around in a doubel knot. As tight as you can.

Cut the knot off. Leave about that much left.
