1. 

   

   First fill your balloon with potato flour. It might have made scence if I used a funnel but we have a new kitchen and I can't find anything... enough of my life story.

2. 

   

   When the bottom circle but (you know what I mean) Is full then tie a knot...
   You can see one of my chickens whoo




3. 

   

   Chicken likes balloon

4. 

   

   Cut the wool in stips as long as you want depending on how long you want the hair to be.




5. 

   

   Tie every strand around in a doubel knot. As tight as you can.

6. 

   

   Cut the knot off. Leave about that much left.

   Draw any face ^.^

Errrr... I think that potato flour is also called potato starch and you can find it in chinese supermarkets. That is the exact stuff they use inside. I am not sure but maybe you could use flour. We ran out since that baking experience that I won't go into... :L
