   I got Black craft paint with the writing tip, but you can use what ever you want.
   
   Arms (2)
   
   Chain 3, SC in 2nd chian from hook,sc(2SC across),Chain 1, Turn
   *2 SC. Chain 1, Turn
   Repeat from the * for 2-3 More rows
   2 SC on each sc, chain 1 , turn
   *SC ,Ch 3 Slip Stitch in the same space to form picot,repeat across from *
   Fasten Off

   Chain 3, SC in 2nd chian from hook,sc(2SC across),Chain 1, Turn
   *2 SC. Chain 1, Turn
   Repeat from the * for 2-3 More rows

   Chain 4,SC in 2nd Chain from hook, SC across, Chain 1,Turn
   3 SC across,CH1, Turn,*SC,Chain 3, Slip Stitch in same space to form a picot, Repeat across from * (3 Toes will be made) Faston Off
   Weave in the ends,
   For mouth I used the paint again but you can use cross stitch thread, Yarn ,Paint, what ever
