i thought it was such a clever idea to use wrapping paper to decorate picture frames! so i went to the dollar store & bought the picture frame & the wrapping paper for 99 cents each! then i just covered the picture frame with the pink wrapping paper & added magazine clippings to jazz it up a little. :] finding the clippings in magazines took the longest.. thanks so much for the idea kermit, im gonna make a bunch more of these! :D
