done the same way as my other projecte wings. but this is easier. just use two hanger instead of four.
just bend two hanger in to fairy shape wing and put pantyhole over the wing and then tape the holes on and then tape wing together. that it just easy as 123. injoy. these be great for kids easier to wear and it take no time to make.
