gather up all your supplies
prep your letter, make sure there isnt any rough spots
get your paint and paint brush, start painting
if your painting more than one layer of paint make sure you let your layers dry completely before painting another one. if you dont it will be thick in some spots.
place your tattoo where you would like it to be. turn it over and then take your cotton ball and wet it and start dabbing it so the tattoo will stick
after your tattoos has dried you can mod podge them.
your project is done
