Start with two dollars.

Fold it right up until it touches the shadow of the "E" in "ONE".

Then, fold it hotdog style. :D

Fold the dollar hamburger style.

Then unfold.

Using the crease as a guide, fold up the dollar.

Then repeat on the other side in reverse.

Repeat on the other side.

Use another dollar to create another funny looking "S" shape. :3

Lay the dollars on top of one another to look like a windmill.

Fold the flap (from the dollar on the bottom) toward the center.

Repeat for the next flap.

Repeat.

Repeat.

When you get to the last flap, tuck it under the first flap.

Now you can impress your friends or become Hokage.
