Step 1
Cut off the arms of the jacket. Fray what's left.

Paint the back white. Let it dry, then add another layer of white.

Make a sketch of a Mondrian inspired pattern with a thin pencil on the dried white back of the vest.

Colour the different squares in red, blue and yellow. Leave some squares white.

Outline the single squares with the black textile paint. Let everything dry.

Add studs.
