marinate that meat over night,

we used water with sliced onions and pepper seasoning

so we used a deep glass roast pan, and placed the meat in.

we covered the meat with the water, pepper onion mix

then we placed it the fridge overnight

then when ready to cook

dice the potatoes and throw them in with the roast

put that baby in the oven and cook for 2 hour at 400 degrees

then enjoy
