I make these to keep, sell, and give away. I don't have a tutorial, but over on my blog you can see a work in progress and give me suggestions as I go. I will try a tutorial on my next one. The one I am making now is for a charity quilt and with a deadline, I figured I better just work and not try to type at the same time! They aren't expensive to do because they use only small pieces of fabric and a lot of the embellishments can be found at second hand stores and the dollar store.
