Minty Lamb Shanks With Mashed Potato

It's dinner time!
This is really delicious! My dad and I have made this a few times and it's nicer every time.
The cookbook suggested it be served with pasta but we served it with mashed potato.
Also, it's best to make more of the tomato sauce stuff so the meat is covered more & you can present it better on the plate. :)
