I recently made chocolate cupcakes with an oreo and cream cheese frosting. Now I'm obsessed with oreos, and cupcakes!
These are delicious and minty. The batter tastes REALLY minty, but the cupcakes themselves aren't nearly so minty.
I would suggest just spraying the cupcake pan with nonstick spray and forget the paper cups. The brownies stick to the paper and you can't eat the edges without also eating the paper!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make brownie mix as said on box.
I didn't take pictures because it's pretty self-explanatory.
I used 10 Oreos. The cupcakes aren't extremely minty, if you want to taste the mint more, you could use 20 or even the whole package.
Put them in a bag and crush them into bits and pieces, not into powder.
Mix in oreos into brownie batter. Pour the batter into cupcake pan. Again, I would suggest using a nonstick spray instead of paper cups.
I baked mine for 24 minutes at 350 degrees and they were done. I just stuck a toothpick into the middle of them and saw that it came out clean.
Take them out, let them cool, and enjoy!! I love brownies AND Oreos! This cupcakes are absolutely heaven for me.
