You Will Need

Ch 4 & join w/ sl st to make circle (OR make a magic loop)
Rnd 1: ch 1, 9 hdc in ring, join with sl st {9 hdc}
Rnd 2: ch 1, (2hdc in each hdc), join with sl st {18 hdc}
Rnd 3: ch 1, (hdc in next hdc, 2hdc in next hdc), join with sl st {27 hdc}
Rnd 4: ch 1, (hdc in next 2 hdc, 2hdc in next hdc), join with sl st {36 hdc}
Rnd 5: ch 1, (hdc in next 3 hdc, 2hdc in next hdc), join with sl st {45 hdc}
Rnd 6: ch 1, (hdc in next 4 hdc, 2hdc in next hdc), join with sl st {54 hdc}
Rnd 7: ch 1, (hdc in next 5 hdc, 2hdc in next hdc), join with sl st {63 hdc} *Note: you have do two more Row just inc by 6 then 7 depending on head*
Rnd 8-19: ch 1, hdc in each hdc, join with sl st {60 hdc} *Note: do 1 row in yellow and the 2 rows in black then the rest in yellow*Eye

R1-6sc in black
R2-inc sc in black
R3-in white inc 2, sc (repeat)
R4-5 sc around
R6- in black or silver slip stitch aroundThen do mouth however you light it
