Next time I make one I take pictures. When I do these things I don't think how I do it. I just do it. sorry I don't help. If you want you can find dall hats in art stores and you can just add flowers and glitter to them. I use hair pens and a stretch bead cord to keep it on my head. this is my first mini hat. Saw them on line and thought I can do that

I did this with everything I have in my house. left over things from other caft. the back of the hat is leftover tutu I making and just left over flowers and that spray glitter gose a long way it call fabrie glittr spray name tulip I love fabri glitter and sparys
they don't come off like cheap glitter. I use this on my wings. when you use this spray glitter just mist it on, to much.. the glue will show, I find that out in a hard way
