This here is my first ever made mini top hat. Its not the best but i love it and its just what i was looking for to go with my Halloween costume that i am making as well. And yes, i took a picture of spongebob wearing the top hat.

This was all made with, glue gun and glue, black and red felt, lace, pieces from a necklace, elastic hair band, and cardstock.
