Its another mini top hat. I actually commissioned it for someone who wanted to do a 'gothic loli Kingdom Hearts Heartless' Cosplay. ^^ Once again, stuff needed is listed but let your imagination run wild xD.
Where did you bought the plain mini top hat? I've never seen one in a store ...
