I've made a mini top hat yesterday. It's made of foam and light cotton fabric, both sewn and glued.
The first picture shows the newest hat I made, decorated with velvet, tulle, feathers and lace.
The 2nd picture is an older one I made for a friend, the 3rd one is one of the hats without the decoration.

I can take of picture of me wearing it, but there won't be a tutorial... simply because I can't explain most things. If I happen to make another one of those I can make some step by step pictures, maybe.
