did alot of looking around on line and stores for mini hats and thouh mmm i can do that. I went to a dallor store and got 8 party hats in a pack and made me two so far. i use a hot glue gun. and left over stuff i have from other projects, i should done a how to sorry it really easy, the most pain was getting burn by the hot glue gun. i know there some easy print out patterns on line. to me they were to small. small party hats are good. just get a soda box and trace out the lide. good luck and have fun.... i'm going to show how to soon how to make the witch hats.

Step 1all the stuff you need
hot glue gun and sticks
small party hat
spray craft glue
cutters
pepsi box card borad. i like to reuse stuff if i can
three sheets of felt -
Step 2trace out the bottom of the hat on paper first to make a templates and then cut out the patterns then trace that on to card borad and cut that out

Step 3trace your rim on the back of two sheet of felt

Step 4then take your spray glue and spray alittl on the back of your felt. it's sticky

Step 5take your card borad rim and place it on top of sticky felt and push down and sooth it out even is this don't work felt is forgiving just peel it off and redo when it dry

Step 65 min dry or sooner cut littl line on the sid of your rim all the way around because later you going to hot glue this. if you don't understant look at step 7.

Step 7hot glue more. when you done

Step 8take your other cut out rim and spray glue it on top of card borad side and make sure you cut littl line in side circle

Step 9now your done with your rim take out your felt and spray glue and party hat. open your party hat and lay flat and spray glue on the flat hat and then stick it to the last sheet of felt and sooth it on let dry for 3 min

Step 10cut out the shap but leave a in on one side of the hat so it over lap

Step 11it should look like this

Step 12hot glue on one side and fold back into a party hat, push down on the in side and out side of the hat

Step 13take the party hat and rim and start to glue the cut line into the inside of the hat

Step 14now your are done with the hat now you can accessor your hat.

Step 15i have a boa left over and glue it on the side of the rim. and have riddon and tulle. some my hat been painted so do what you like make a hat that no one have. injoy
