Cute and tiny top hat; perfect for Valentines day!
I made this tiny top hat using a tutorial I found on deviantart.com. It was a little hard to understand certain steps, and I did have any hot glue, only fabric glue. I think my next tiny top hat will be much more epic, but for a first try, I don't think this one was bad.
