Mini Top Hats

effective mini top hats diyed!
this is a mini top hat i created to wear with my black and white dreads. i have red hair and the colours worked really well, its fairly simple to make yourself, but can be a bit fiddly and tricky and more cost effective that buying one premade. :D im hoping to sell my creations when i have created enough stock :D

simply cut the desired size, and hieght, cover with the fabric, glue together and glue on the lace, sew in a hair comb and tie the ribbon around your hat and hey presto! a won derful top hat!
