First your gonna need to get a toilet paper tube and rim it to your size liking. Then get two pieces of round cardboard, one with a hole that fit the tube and one without.

Take the piece with the hole and put the tube in it, then glue.(This is to make sure it stays in place).

Take the other piece without the hole and put it on the bottom, then glue.

Then cover in fabric, and decorate as you please:) You can glue it to a headband like in the main picture. Have fun with your new cue hat!:P
