i always liked the way ringmasters dressed the hats are just soo cute ^__^

You will need

1 x piece of Cardboard 1 x pair of Scissors 1 x Xacto Knife 1 x mni pringles Can 2 x two kinds of Duct Tape 1 x compass or Paperclip for your circle

i always liked the way ringmasters dressed the hats are just soo cute ^__^

Instructions

1. 

   first gather your materials,and remember to get your pringles for a tasty snack :D

2. 

   now take your compass or paperclip or whatever you use for a perfect circle maker and make a med size circle from your cardboard

3. 

   now cut this circle out w/ your xacto knife this will be used for the rim

4. 

   now place you pringles can in the middle of your cut out circle and then draw a circle around it

5. 

   now cut out that circle (personally i have it look like a regular hat so i can hide stuff in it)

6. 

   now cut little tabs all around the bottom

7. 

   now make a "flower" -just pull them back- and then put the rim under them (or above them depending on how you see things)

8. 

   now secure them ,tape,glue,staples , doesn't matter

9. 

   now make a ribbon for the top of the hat

10. 

    and now put the ribbon around the base of the hat and it's good
