    Instructions for carrots:

    Frost tops of the Brownie bites with chocolate frosting, then sprinkle with crushed Oreos

    Melt green candy coating according to package instructions. Using a toothpick, put a small amount of the candy coating on the flat end of the orange Mike and Ike. Place the shamrock sprinkle, stem side down on top of the coating and hold in place until set.

    Place 3 carrots in the brownie.

That cornflake-lettuce is brilliant! But... do they actually sell food coloring in a spray can?! And shamrock shaped sprinkles....? Amazing, I must have never walked into the right store (or here in the Netherlands our foodstuffs are just plain boring) :p
