• 

  Step 1

  First melt the butter/margarine for 30 seconds in the microwave.

  Add the marshmallows into the butter/margarine and heat for approx 1min 30secs. Check after every 30seconds.

• 

  Step 2

  Once the marshmallows are melted completely, stir to combine the butter & marshmallows.

• 

  Step 3

  Add a few drops of green food colouring to the mix and stir thoroughly.

  The more colour you add the darker it will be.

• 

  Step 4

  Add the Rice Krispies to the bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

• 

  Step 5

  Line a tray with non-stick paper and pour the mixture into the tray. Press down until evenly distributed.

  Step 6

  Leave the mixture to cool.

  Once completely cold, mark into squares and cut through with a sharp knife.

• 

  Step 7

  Carefully remove each square from the tray and add a lollipop stick to the base.

  I leave a square of the non-stick paper on the back of the lolly so that it does not stick to the worktop/table/etc.

  Step 8

  Melt the green chocolate in the microwave (as per the packet instructions).

  Spoon the chocolate onto the squares and smooth to the edge. (they won't be perfectly smooth unless your a genius).

  Step 9

  Allow the green chocolate to dry completely. It wont take too long.

  Melt the dark chocolate and transfer to a piping bag.

  Pipe on the faces.

  Step 10

  Allow the dark chocolate to dry.

  Enjoy eating your Creeper !!!!
