A fruit infused festive gin cocktail
This martini combines amaretto, fresh lemon and simple syrup with Christmas Pudding Gin infused with fruit for a cocktail which tastes exactly like a mince pie.

Step 1Place the gin and dried fruit in a jar and leave to infuse for a few hours before squeezing the juice from the fruit.

Step 2Strain the gin into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice from the lemon.

Step 4Add the Amaretto and simple syrup.

Step 5Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Step 6Serve with a twist of lemon and a mince pie.
