mince pies comning out your ears after christmas? not to worry turn them into ice-cream!
Still got mince pies left over from christmas?
want to try them with somthing diffrent?
If your answers yes, then you must make this glorious ice cream that will literary melt in your mouth :) And its so easy to make so give it a try!
(if your thiking no, then your missing out... really!)
resipe is based on one i found in a morrisons mag/ pic is theirs

First break up the mince pies into a plastic tub

Then mix in the vanilla ice cream.
(chocolate may also go well if your looking for somthing differnt) -

next leave in the fridge untill its set. this could take up to 2hrs depending on your fridge.
once it comes out you can scoop it into a bowl, or if your anything like me you shall eat it straight out the tub :P yummmmm
