The one in the picture is a quarter of a racipe, and it has got some granola baked on top.
I like to add some chopped up chocolate and instant coffee powder.
RECIPE :
Mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. microwave in the mug for a minute on full power. check if it's done. If it's not done, microwave some more on full power in 30 second increments.
the brownie batter should be very thick, and will not rise much.
