These melon ball ice cream cones make a healthy and delicious dessert for kids and adults alike.
These melon ball ice cream cones make a healthy and delicious dessert for kids and adults alike.
Use an ice cream scoop to make a few super-sized melon balls. Optional: for a grown-up version, toss melon balls in some vodka or tequila before freezing.
Place the melon balls on some wax paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Fill ice cream cones with chopped fruit and/or yogurt.
Place frozen melon balls on top of filled cones.
Make it a double or triple cone by adding a toothpick or skewer to hold the melon ball scoops in place.
