Melody Necklace

A little silver girl on a swing
This was kind of a funny piece. This was a silver casting (who can say "expensive"?) for a hard wax project. Actually, the original Melody was peeeerfect! I was totally in love with her! Her lines were smooth, everything was in the right place... she even had some slight facial features.
Everything kind of got messed up when the necklace was added. The jump rings weren't sticking to her correctly I decided to try to sodder her on directly to the necklace buuuut...
You see how one of her arms looks a bit... short? Yeah... it kind of melted. Her back it pretty bubbly too from where i let it get too hot.
Because the necklace was steel, i couldn't pickle it.
I still think she came out really good though.
