Meatloaf Muffins - Italian Style

This project is a very cute recipe for what I like to call Meatloaf Muffins - Italian Style. I can imagine making Mexican Style by using Salsa in place of the tomato sauce and Mexican cheese instead of Mozzarella.

    Grease muffin tins.

the name made me laugh, but they look really cute. for any other veggies out there, lentils make a good meatloaf.

I thought these were just oaty muffins you'd made look like meatballs by adding jam and white chocolate on top! but no! much better. Mmm!

I think those look really tasty, even though I'm a veggie.
